Passive Voice meaning

Generally, we speak and write in the active voice. But passive voice in sinhala forms can be useful in formal writing (such as business reports) when the emphasis is on process and results, rather than on who did the action.

 

When to use Passive Voice  

We normally use passive voice in sinhala when we want to focus attention on the person or thing affected by the action. However, there are many more reason of having Passive voice in sinhala language. Here, we listed some important aspect of passive voice.

Passive = “I was given a medicine”

 

When should not use Passive Voice?

Passive voice in sinhala sentences can be more confuse when academic writing always focuses on differences between the ideas of different researchers, or your own ideas and those of the researchers you are discussing the subject.
